Tofu can be super tasty, this recipe has proved it. I made this roasted tofu and asparagus recipe yesterday for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. I used aged balsamic vinegar and organic barly miso, which gave the dish more depth and tanginess. The tofu came out nicely browned with great texture and flavor, and the asparagus was tender-crisp. Orange added the delicious citrus flavor and refreshness. It certainly filled us up with all the yumminess and goodness.
