Directions

Beat egg in medium bowl.

Add sugars, vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder and mix well.

Stir in apples and pecans.

Spread ingredients into greased 9 inch pie plate.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for ½ hour.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
