Easy Yummy Chicken Stir-Fry
A quick and easy simple chicken stir fry. Very flexible can add what ever extra veggies you wish. 28
boneless, 4 6-inch breasts, sliced into small strips
green bell peppers
soy sauce, tamari
Mince garlic and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil and ketchup in a container.
Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is blended.
Heat Mixture in a wok and add sliced chicken breasts.
Stir-fry on high for 2 to 3 minutes then add chopped green pepper.
Continue to stir-fry at high temperatures until the chicken is done.
This dish is best served over rice.
