24 ounces chicken breasts
boneless, 4 6-inch breasts, sliced into small strips

4 cloves garlic
minced

½ cup soy sauce, tamari

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon ketchup

118 ml soy sauce, tamari

3E+1 ml sesame oil

15 ml ketchup
Camera

Directions

Mince garlic and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil and ketchup in a container.

Seal.

Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is blended.

Heat Mixture in a wok and add sliced chicken breasts.

Stir-fry on high for 2 to 3 minutes then add chopped green pepper.

Continue to stir-fry at high temperatures until the chicken is done.

This dish is best served over rice.
