Directions
Marinate ribs overnight.
Steam for 1 hour before grilling.
Mix all sauce ingredients in large saucepan.
Bring to boil over high heat.
Simmer until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
Discard bay leaves.
Use the sauce to mop the ribs and at the table, for dipping.
