Directions

Directions: Cream together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Sift dry ingredients.

Add to egg mixture. Combine well. Add tomatoes, raisins, and nuts.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 1 hour.

Makes 2 loaves
