4 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
about 1 pound

4 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
about 1 pound

Directions

In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour and seasonings.

Place butter in another bowl.

Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture.

Place in a greased 11-in x 7-in x 2-in baking pan.

Drizzle with remaining butter.

Bake, uncovered, at 400℉ (200℃) for 20 to 25 minutes
