Directions

Pound chicken into 2 inch chunks.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

Add ga rlic (crushed) and sauté until soft.

Add all other ingredients except artichoke s.

Sauté stirring frequently 15 minutes over medium to high heat.

Add artichokes a nd continue coooking until heated.
