Directions
Brown sausage; remove from pan.
Sauté onion in oil.
Add beans, sausage, ketchup, water, and seasonings.
Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
Cook eggs as desired.
Arrange bean mixture on platter with eggs, avocado and orange.
