Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins
Add some fruit to your mornings with these scrumptious muffins! Just don't forget to take an extra one for later!
Ingredients

buttermilk

brown sugar

blueberries

|
1 | cup |
unbleached all-purpose flour

½ | teaspoon |
baking soda

|
1 | teaspoon |
cinnamon

|
¼ | teaspoon |
cloves
ground |

baking powder
|
|
½ | teaspoon |
salt
|
|
½ | teaspoon |
allspice
|

nutmeg

Directions
Soak oats in milk until moisture is absorbed. Add salad oil, egg, brown sugar and blueberries and mix thoroughly.
Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, salt, allspice and nutmeg and add to oat mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Fill greased muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake in a 400℉ (200℃) oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.

In the nutritional facts it says... Calories 16642% of calories from fat. how can this be??????
Hi Phil. Maybe your screen is resized, then these two numbers were stuck together. The actual number is 166 calories per serving and 42% calories.
