Bisquick Sour Cream Muffins

So quick and easy to make, these savory muffins melt in your mouth. Wonderful with a bit of jam or honey and ready in 15 minutes using Bisquick or other biscuit baking mix.

473 ml biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

melted

59 ml milk
or buttermilk

237 ml sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 425℉ (220℃) F. Add the biscuit baking mix to a mixing bowl.

Add the milk, sour cream and melted butter and stir to combine. Do not over mix.

Transfer into greased or baking paper muffin cup line 12 muffin baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.

Do I freeze or refrigerate sour cream muffins with Bisquick

These muffins can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week, and in the freezer for up to two months. If they can last that long :)
