Noticed this recipe had been on top printed recipes for a long time. Finally made these muffins yesterday, and they were so good. No wonder it's popular. They were great with soup, stew, or any similar dishes; or spreading a little bit butter and just eating them plain was absolutely delicious. If you like cornbread, this recipe is definitely worth giving a try.
