Ingredients

¾ cups water
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 ½ tablespoon barley malt syrup

1 ⅓ cup whole-wheat flour
cup oat flour

cup rolled oats
cup buckwheat flour
*
2 tablespoons whey
*
2 tablespoons gluten flour
*
1 ½ tablespoon bran
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon yeast, active dry

Directions

Follow the directions for your bread machine or standard manual breadmaking recipe.

Or make as bread by hand, allowing to rise until doubled, shaped and then risen again.
