With this simple recipe, you will be making this scrumptious pumpkin bread in no time!













Trans-fat Free


1 cup sugar
1 ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup water
1 cup pumpkin
2 large eggs
½ cup nuts


Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Grease and flour a loaf pan.

Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg into a large bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for one hour.

Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
