This is a very fresh taste tomato salsa and also quick and easy, chopped some fresh tomatoes, sweet red bell pepper, tossed with freshly chopped cilantro and parsley leaves, serve with your favorite chips.

Ingredients

diced

EACH SWEET RED BELL PEPPERS
finely diced

Directions

Combine all the finely diced vegetables together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with corn tortillas.
