Spinach Bread (Bisquick)
This tasty bread made with bisquik and mozzarella cheese tastes amazing plain or toasted.
Ingredients

spinach
frozen package, thawed, drained well |

1 | cup |
biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

¼ | cup |
vegetable oil
|
|
3 | large |
eggs
|
|
1 | tablespoon |
onions
chopped |
|
1 | cup |
mozzarella cheese
cubed |
* |
½ | cup |
Parmesan cheese
grated |
Directions
Grease small loaf pan. Mix all of the above ingredients together by hand. Pour into loaf pan. Bake about 30 to 45 minutes at 350℉ (180℃).
Can be served hot or cold.

I have been making this for my family for years. The basic recipe has changed a little over time. It's still an excellent side dish and it compliments so many different meals.
