Ingredients

1 cup beef
veal or lamb, julienned, cooked

1 cup ham
julienned, baked or boiled

1 tablespoon onions
minced
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley leaves
minced
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
or sour cream
1 each eggs
hard boiled, sliced
1 each beets
pickled or boiled, sliced

Directions

Mix cut meats with onion.

Beat together oil, vinegar, pepper and parsley.

Stir cream into dressing.

Mix with meats combining lightly.

Garnish with sliced egg and beet.

Served as a main dish salad.
