Ingredients

1 pk yeast, active dry

1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
bread
1 ½ cup whole-wheat flour
cups rye flour
½ cup cornmeal
½ cup bran flakes cereal
flaked
1 teaspoon salt
cup raisins, seedless
golden
cup walnuts
or pecans, chopped
cup sunflower seeds
cup poppy seed

2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 cup water
warm
cup milk
warm
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 tablespoons honey
1 each eggs

Directions

Add all dry ingredients. Then pour in the liquids, measure the oil before the honey and watch the honey slip right off the spoon.

Select the white bread cycle on your bread machine and push start.

This loaf may sag a bit in the center, but does not affect the texture or taste.
