GREAT! Curious about the grams of sugar per serving as nothing is listed.

Absolutely 5 stars, and totally agree with a few other member's reviews, this banana bread is the best, I used half whole wheat flour, and the bread was very fluffy in texture, applesauce and banana made the bread super moist, and also I used the sugar replacement. It is definitely a good banana recipe worth making again and again.

I just made this recipe and it is GREAT! I didn't use a mixer, I just mashed the bananas with a potato masher and used a whisk for everything else.

Ye gads and little green gold fish, whatever that means, this is about the best ever banana bread I have ever had. Recipe makes a nice large loaf without oil or butter.

VERY delicious! My children devoured it, and couldn't tell a difference between this and more fattening versions. I added 2 Tbl flax meal for more nutrition, and put in 3/4 c. applesauce since I only had 3 bananas, and it turned out wonderful! I will be making this again soon!

I made them as muffins and added in mini choc chips. I also didnt use a mixer - just hand whisk.

YIKES!! The first time I made this recipe it was perfect. The second time it oozed all over my oven. I have no idea what happened.

Made this recipe exactly like it says and it also oozed out of the pan and took way longer than 45 minutes to cook.

Very good banana bread. I was short a banana so I used a grated zucchini instead.

I replaced vanilla extract with coconut extract, then threw in chopped Macadamia nuts. Why not go totally tropical. I was going to use pineapple tidbits but didn't have them. ): but, fabulous!
