I made them as muffins and added in mini choc chips. I also didnt use a mixer - just hand whisk.

This is by far the easiest recipe I've found & it's the best tasting.... !!

YIKES!! The first time I made this recipe it was perfect. The second time it oozed all over my oven. I have no idea what happened.

Worked great, nice light fluffy loaf healthy too with no butter at all!

Melodie

Very good bread, added a few pecans and it was wonderful and easy to make : )

Taryn

Made this recipe exactly like it says and it also oozed out of the pan and took way longer than 45 minutes to cook.

Very good banana bread. I was short a banana so I used a grated zucchini instead.

Delicious! very Yummy.

I replaced vanilla extract with coconut extract, then threw in chopped Macadamia nuts. Why not go totally tropical. I was going to use pineapple tidbits but didn't have them. ): but, fabulous!

Im making this now and it's my first time making banana bread it was so easy its rising very well. There seemed to be alot left so i used the rest in pyrex square bake ware. It still is cooking well.Less fat more flavor and very moist. I added 3/4th cup of applesauce applesauce instead of the 1/2 cup. 1 tablespoon vanilla. I added a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg and 2/3 cup crushed walnuts

Thank you for this applesauce banana bread. It was good for the dogs in the local area. They loved it so much that they passed out, making them able to be captured and taken to the their owners, in which they gave me a heaping money reward to make more applesauce bread.
