German Applesauce Meatloaf
The applesauce bakes in flavor with this simple easy to make meatloaf.
Ingredients

ground beef

ground pork
|
|
½ | cup |
onions
finely diced |

1 | cup |
applesauce
|
|
1 | cup |
bread crumbs
|
|
3 | tablespoons |
ketchup
|
|
2 | teaspoons |
salt
|

¼ | teaspoon |
black pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Lightly oil a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well.
Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan.
Bake for 1½ to 2 hours. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn the loaf out of the pan.
Slice and serve.
