Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken
or ground turkey
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
grated
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons parsley leaves
fresh, chopped
½ teaspoon basil

½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 jar sauce
for chicken cacciatore

1 x spaghetti cooked
hot

Directions

In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.

Form into 1½ inch meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat.

Add sauce. Simmer, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.

Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
