Directions

Tear French bread into 1-inch pieces.

Cover the bottom of an ungreased quiche dish with bread pieces.

Add the sliced sausage and apple.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together and pour over the bread mixture.

Bake at 350? F for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6 servings.
