Snacky Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Put a smile on your kids' faces when they get this scrumptious muffin in their lunch bags.
Ingredients
1 ¾ | cup |
all-purpose flour

½ | cup |
sugar

3 | teaspoons |
baking powder
|
|
½ | teaspoon |
salt
|
|
½ | cup |
chocolate chips
semisweet |

1 | large |
eggs
|
|
¼ | cup |
vegetable oil
|
|
¼ | cup |
milk
|
|
1 | cup |
bananas
mashed |
Directions
Measure first five dry ingredients into large bowl.
Mix thoroughly and make a well in centre.
Beat egg until frothy. Mix in oil, milk, and bananas.
Pour into well. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy.
Fill greased muffin tins ¾ full.
Bake in 400℉ (200℃) oven for 20 minutes.

I thought these were very good! They were moist and very tasty! I would like them without the choc. chips though.
