Bisquick Quiche
Make a quick dinner with this scrumptious quiche made with cheese, broccoli and mushrooms.
Ingredients
2 | cups |
fillings of your choice
(example broccoli, mushrooms, etc.) |

cheese
shredded |
|
¼ | cup |
onions
chopped |
|
2 | cups |
milk
|
|
1 | cup |
biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
|
* |
4 | large |
eggs
|
|
¼ | teaspoon |
salt
|
|
⅛ | teaspoon |
black pepper
|
* |
Directions
Heat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Grease 10 inch pie plate or 8 inch square.
Sprinkle fillings, onions and cheese in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into plate.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

I made this recipe with spinach and mushrooms and added 1 tsp. of garlic powder. Very easy and tasty, and best of all, no fussing with piecrust anymore!

almost 7 years agoFold in nut flour and use buttermilk instead of milk. ;)

I like how the new receipe removes butter but I did add 3 tabs. I made it with tomatoes, broccoli, yellow and red onion and a half hot pepper. Seasoned with Johnson garlic seasoning, oregano salt and pepper. Oh, I also added Johnsonville hot beef sausage. Yummy if you like it hot!
over 6 years agoHave made this recipe for years. I use sausage, ham or bacon and whatever cheese I have. Tonight I added sauteed onions , mushrooms and red and green peppers. Always a crowd pleaser!
over 5 years agoI have made this recipe many times; this time though I added a container, a little over 1/2 lb, of prepared store bought seafood salad with a bit of garlic powder and baked it and WOW was it great!!!!!!!!!!!

I blended a table spoon of pesto sauce with eggs, ham off the bone, Swiss and cheddar with green onion,and broccoli

Evaporated milk, powdered milk, heavy cream, also sourcream mixed with a little water
I used a jar of alfredo sauce instead of milk

over 3 years agoAlmost; I used vegan cheese and coconut milk, but I also used free range eggs. It's really good and I'm sure an egg substitute would work fine.
