Spanish spiced chicken breast with fresh avocado, orange dressed boston lettuce.

Ingredients

3 ½ cups chicken tenders
cooked

1 small romaine lettuce
shredded

1 large red onion
thinly sliced
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 x salt

1 x black pepper
*
1 x lettuce leaves
*
2 each oranges
peeled and sliced
2 each avocados
peeled and sliced
1 bunch radishes
sliced

Directions

Place chicken, lettuce and onion in bowl.

Thoroughly combine oil and vinegar.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over salad, toss gently, then arrange chicken on lettuce leaves.

Garnish with orange, avocado and radish slices.
