Directions

Place chicken, lettuce and onion in bowl.

Thoroughly combine oil and vinegar.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over salad, toss gently, then arrange chicken on lettuce leaves.

Garnish with orange, avocado and radish slices.
