2 cups red kidney beans
cooked
1 each onions
finely sliced
2 each apples
cored, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley leaves
chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro
chopped

freshly ground

1 teaspoon basil
marjoram or oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Directions

Put the beans in a salad bowl, combine with the rest of the ingredients.
