Ingredients

3 cups oyster crackers
*
2 envelopes soup mix
lobster bisque
*
1 pinch thyme
*
¾ cup scallions, spring or green onions
chopped, with tops
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup water chestnuts
sliced, drained
*
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
*
1 cup green peas
frozen
8 ounces crab meat
frozen, thawed
1 x cherry tomatoes
optional
*
1 x scallions, spring or green onions
tops, optional
*
8 large eggs
2 cups milk

Directions

Sprinkle 2½ cups of the oyster crackers over the bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish .

Layer onions, water chestnuts, peas and crab meat crackers.

Top with remaining crackers.

Blend together remaining ingredients and pour over layers.

Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Bake in preheated 350℉ (180℃) oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.

Cut into squares to serve.

Garnish with tomatoes and green onions, if desired.
