Chilled Seafood Bisque
A perfect compliment to a barbecue on a hot summer day.
10 ounces tomato soup; one can
1 cup milk
4 1/2 ounces shrimp;canned, cocktail sized
6 1/2 ounces crabmeat;canned, flaked
1 x salt; to taste
1 x black pepper; to taste
1 x chives;fresh snipped, for garnish
1 x lemon juice; to taste
Beat soup and milk until smooth. Add the cocktail shrimp and crab meat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with chives just before serving.
