Ingredients

15 ounces chicken breasts
filets
1 each buns
*
1 each eggs
1 each onions
1 each garlic cloves
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon marjoram
*
1 teaspoon chives
chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
4 each hamburger buns
*
1 x lettuce leaves
*
1 x pickles, dill
sliced
*
1 x tomatoes
sliced, optional
*
1 x tartar sauce
*
1 teaspoon bread crumbs

Directions

Ground the chicken twice. Soak the bun or bread in water, squeeze out add to the meat.

Mix in the egg, seasons and breadcrumbs; form four burgers.

In hot fat fry burgers golden brown on both sides.

Serve in the buns spread with tartar sauce, lettuce and tomatoes if desired.
