Ingredients

2 pounds beef
stew meat
10 ounces green peas
frozen
1 cup onions
chopped
2 cups carrots
sliced 1 inch thick
2 cups potatoes
diced
1 ½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon parsley leaves
fresh, chopped, or 1 bay leaf
1 each tomato soup
can

1 each cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Put ingredients into crockpot in order given. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. (May also be cooked in 275 degree oven for 5 hours.)
