Banana Pumpkin Bread


A delicious and moist bread, it's also full of nutrients. An energized breakfast to start your day.













Low Fat, Fat-Free, Low in Saturated Fat, Low Cholesterol, Cholesterol-Free, Trans-fat Free, Very low in sodium, Low Sodium


½ cup applesauce
at room temperature
2 each egg whites
3 tablespoons orange juice
at room temperature
1 cup bananas
½ cup pumpkin
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup raisins, seedless


Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour.

In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, orange juice, bananas, and pumpkin.

In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, baking soda, and raisins.

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened.

Pour into prepared pan(s).

Bake for 1¼ hours depending on pan size.
