Wild Rice Spoon Bread
Delicious but a bit salty...I think 1/2 tsp of salt would be sufficient.
Ingredients

wild rice
cooked |

¼ | cup |
cornmeal
|
|
2 | cups |
buttermilk
|
|
1 | teaspoon |
salt
|
|
2 | large |
eggs
beaten |
|
2 | tablespoons |
butter
melted |
|
½ | teaspoon |
baking soda
|
Directions
Combine ingredients together and mix to form smooth batter.
Put batter in a greased baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
