Sauteed Chicken in Cream Cheese Sauce
Very quick and easy to put together, and it came out so creamy and delicious. A well balanced meal on flavor, texture and nutrient. Perfect for a busy week-day dinner.
Ingredients

chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
2 large ones |

butter
or olive oil |

celery
sliced |

onions
thinly sliced |

½ | teaspoon |
black pepper

½ | teaspoon |
basil
finely crushed |

white wine
dry or sherry |

cream cheese
cubed |

milk

noodles
three color spirals, or any pasta |
Directions
Cut chicken into strips.
Melt margarine in a large skillet, and add chicken, vegetables, and seasonings.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
Add 2 tablespoons of wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, milk, and remaining wine in a saucepan stirring over low heat until smooth, add to the chicken and vegetables, and serve over noodles.
