Ingredients

710 ml onions
chopped

15 ml garlic

30 ml lemon juice
237 ml sweet red bell peppers
sweet, chopped
15 ml salt
118 ml parsley leaves
dried
45 ml worcestershire sauce
237 ml white wine
dry

15 ml liquid smoke

473 ml ketchup
7.5 ml red hot pepper sauce

Directions

Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours.
