Puffy pancakes made in the oven. Perfect for a Saturday morning!

CUBE CUBE BUTTER *

WHOLE WHOLE EGGS
Cracked *

Directions

Place butter in 9×13 glass pan, put in oven as it preheats to 400℉ (200℃) F.

Mix other ingredients with beaters in a large bowl.

Pour mixture in pan and cook for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle powder sugar and lemon juice or syrup on top. (optional)

Let cool for five minutes.
