Directions

In a large bowl combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, tarragon, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Coat wings with mixture, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Place chicken wings in baking dish and dot with butter. Bake in preheated 400℉ (200℃) oven for 15 minutes. Turn chicken wings and cook 15 to 20 minutes more until chicken is golden.

Plain or curried rice would be a good side dish. Makes 4 servings.
