Crispy Chicken Tenders


Crispy chicken strips made with chicken tenders. Kids love them and perfect when combined with a variety of dipping sauces.













Trans-fat Free


1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1 each eggs
1 teaspoon milk
¾ pound chicken
vegetable oil


and the homemade KFC honey BBQ dipping sauce.

Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and shake off excess.

All the chicken tenders are prepared.

In a large skillet, heat ¼ in. of oil over high heat; brown chicken on all sides. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
