Crispy chicken strips made with chicken tenders. Kids love them and perfect when combined with a variety of dipping sauces.













Trans-fat Free


1 cup flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1 each eggs
1 teaspoon milk
¾ pound chicken
1 x vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag.

In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk.

Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and shake off excess.

Shake a few chicken pieces in the bag at a time, coating well.

In a large skillet, heat ¼ in. of oil over high heat; brown chicken on all sides.

Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Turned out pretty good. Very quick and easy, chicken was tender and the seasoning coating mix was tasty. Went well with the KFC Honey BBQ Dipping sauce I made to go with it. See link at the bottom of the recipe.
