Use any your favorite salad dressing to make this potato salad. We love creamy dressing or sweet-sour dressing the best. You can enjoy this delicious salad right after it's made, or let chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.

Ingredients

1 cup salad dressing
any your favorite
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
8 each potatoes
cooked, peeled, diced
½ cup red onion
chopped
¼ cup pickles, dill
chopped
2 each celery stalks
3 large eggs
hardcooked and chopped
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 x salt
to taste

Directions

In bowl, mix together oil, salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, and sugar.

In large bowl, place diced potatoes.

Add onions, pickles, celery, celery seed, and eggs.

Salt and pepper to taste. Add dressing.

Toss lightly to coat.
