Ingredients

2 cups ham
*
¼ cup onions
¼ cup green bell peppers
¼ cup green olives

1 stalk celery
*
1 pinch sugar
*
¼ cup mayonnaise

Directions

Place the first 5 ingredients in a food processor and then process until chopped.

DO NOT PULVERIZE

Once Ham, Onion, Bell Pepper, Green Olives, and Celery are chopped; remove from processor and place into a medium sided bowl.

Blend in Mayonnaise and one small spoonful of Miracle Whip Salad Dressing.

Add pinch of Sugar.

Enjoy.

This is also a great recipe to follow for making tuna, chicken, turkey or egg salad sandwiches.

My father loved this recipe when I used plain chunk bologna to make a quick and tasty sandwich spread for lunch.
