Best Banana Bread
One of the best banana bread I have ever tested. Strongly recommend this recipe to everyone who loves a good loaf of banana bread.
Ingredients

butter

sugar

2 | large |
eggs
beaten |

bananas
finely crushed |

1 ½ | cups |
all-purpose flour
|
|
1 | teaspoon |
baking soda
|
|
½ | teaspoon |
salt
|
|
½ | teaspoon |
vanilla extract
|
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and crushed bananas. Combine well.
Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 60 minutes.
Keeps well, refridgerated.

Great recipe, flavor was excellent. My husband, 2 young sons and my father ate 2 loaves within 48 hours. I would suggest doubling the recipe if your family love banana bread as much as mine does,
