Blue Cheese Crab Quiche
Crab meat is mixed with blue, mozzarella cheese and egg, milk mixture, then baked in a prepared pie crust. It's cheesy and delicious. 119
pie shell (9 inch)
scallions, spring or green onions
Mix together crab, cheeses and onions in a large bowl until well combined.
Spread evenly in crust.
Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper and pour slowly into crust.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for about 35 minutes or until done.
Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
