This vegetarian burger is layered with grilled pineapple, caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms and roasted beets with a slice of juicy steak tomato and some shredded lettuce on top. It delivers the most delicious veggie burger ever!

cut in half, lightly toast and butter toasted flat surfaces. *

SLICE SLICE PINEAPPLE
lightly fried or grilled

CUP ML ONIONS
caramelized

CUP ML MUSHROOMS
sauteed with a bit oil and minced garlic *

fried slowly in a metal egg frying ring

Directions

Spread the sauce evenly on the bottom half of the hamburger bun.

Place the veggie patty over the sauce, then arrange the grilled pineapple ring on top of the veggie patty.

Spoon the caramelized onion over the pineapple slice.

Next place the tomato slice, then top with sauteed mushrooms.

Arrange the roasted beets on top of the mushrooms.

Finally place the fried egg on top, and sprinkle with the shredded lettuce.

Serve with dilled pickle and more sauce if needed.
