Directions
Combine flour, soda, and salt; stir well, and set aside.
Combine oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 2 minutes.
Add flour mixture; beat at low speed just until blended.
Fold in pecans, apples, and coconut.
(Batter will be stiff.) Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 1 hour and 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and place on serving plate.
Immediately drizzle Brown Sugar Glaze over cake.

Why does it say cook time is 90 minutes and then below states 25-30? I think I way over baked mine.
Thanks for pointing out the cooking time is not right. It should be 25 to 3o minutes, just updated the recipe, hope your cake turned out ok :)
