Really enjoyed this bread machine recipe. I did double the amount of sun-dried tomatoes and cheese, and I loved it. I ate half of it directly without anything else, it was that good!

Place all ingredients into bread machine in order given.

Bake according to bread machine directions for regular bake.

I used spelt flour in place of the amaranth flour and also doubled the amount of sundries tomatoes and cheese.
