Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Boil the potatoes. Beat the eggs with the milk and salt, pepper and cajun spices. Place all of the other ingredients in the skillet with the potato. Pour the egg mixture over top. Cook for 40 minutes or until all the egg has set. Enjoy!
