My good friend Amy made this for me when I went to visit her in Connecticut. I was in love, and no other quiche could compare.

Ingredients

LARGE LARGE EGGS
1 ¼ 296
CUPS ML HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
or 1/2&1/2
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML BLACK PEPPER
ground
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML NUTMEG

SALT-FREE SEASONING
I put a little cayanne pepper, e.g. Mrs. Dash *

sliced, any kind *

SPINACH
fresh or frozen *

Directions

Heat oven to375℉ (190℃) F.

Cook spinach, chop onion.

Spray pie crust w/ pam or butter.

Layer in pie crust: cheese, onion, cheese, spinach, cheese.

Mix eggs, creams, seasoning in bowl. Pour over pies.

Bake 25 to 30 min.
