Crustless Tuna Quiche recipe
6 ounce cans, in water, drained
red pepper flakes
Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Spray pie plate, 9 ? 1¼ inches, with nonstick cooking spray.
Toss tuna, cheese, onion and flour; spread in pie plate.
Beat eggs and egg whites slightly in small bowl; beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour egg mixture over tuna mixture.
Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
