Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and mix well. Pour over chicken and bake 1¼ hours, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely browned.
