Directions

Mix together sour cream, vinegar, sugar, poppy seeds, salt and pepper in a large bowl, whisk until smooth.

Reserve 4 tablespoons of the dressing in a small bowl.

Toss the mixed greens in the large bowl to evenly coat.

Divide among 4 salad plates and top with chicken, melon, walnuts and feta cheese.

Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of the reserved dressing.
