Italian salad dressing from scratch. Quick, easy and tasty. No need to buy store-bought bottled dressing; within 5 minutes you will have this delicious Italian herb dressing that goes well with any kind of salad.

Directions

Combine ingredients in jar.

Cover and shake well.

Chill to blend flavors for up to 4 hours although it's perfectly acceptable to use straight away if you need to.

Remove garlic. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Shake again before serving.

Makes 1 Cup

This looks easy to make, and I would like to use wasabi instead of mustard, and rice vinegar instead of wine wine vinegar!

Wasabi powder instead of dry mustard is a great idea. Going to give it go next time we make it.
