Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in dried fruit. Beat egg and sugar on high speed 1 minute. Stir in applesauce. Alternately beat in flour and buttermilk. Stir in 1½ cups of cereal. Pour batterinto pan.

Sprinkle top with remaining cereal. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
